Resumen
The objective of this research is to explore the elements inherent to organizational change, in order to establish how organizations can face this phenomenon. Through a bibliographic review and conceptual reflections the evolution and interpretation of this concept over time is described. The literature shows that organizations understand that the only thing that remains constant over time is change and that it has become a factor that can cause them to falter.
