Resumen
This work shows the design and development of a reaction cell in which, using small volumes of sample and reagents, low detection limits in the determination of mercury in urine samples, were achieved. Significant parameters such as volume of reagents and sample were optimized. A detection limit (Sbl obtained. Analysis of a urine standard reference material showed no significant differences (P 0.05) between the experimental and certified concentration values.
