Resumen

Focuses on the analysis and description of the technological advances and digital transformation that the city of Santo Domingo, located in Ecuador, has experienced. Through a detailed study, the key aspects of the implementation of digital technologies in infrastructure, public administration and citizen services are explored. The impacts, benefits and challenges that this technological innovation has brought with it, both for residents and for the sustainable development of the city, are examined.
