Resumen
Lifelong learning is conceived as a training process in areas that transcend formal education, has highlighted the importance of recognition and certification of the skills acquired by a person throughout his lifetime. International organizations as United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization -UNESCO- (2016) have pushed the learning validation process, and the formation of a national qualifications framework. This work aims to determinate the occupation categories of the economically active population in Venezuela that could make validation or knowledge certification and their location in the country geography. The research design is no experimental bibliographic, using a descriptive study, using secondary information sources; particularly it was used the household sample survey of the second half of 2012, and a two steps statistical analysis was made: Descriptive analysis and multiple correspondence analysis; determining the profile of the people who could perform the accreditation of experience and can lead to the creation of the national qualifications framework, especially some jobs related to agriculture, construction and technical activities.
