N2 - This work presents an Artificial Neural Networks application for estimating the female and male population with working age in Venezuela. This model will predict future values of the Venezuelan population with working age, which will help in decision making at governmental, firms and institutions responsible for Venezuelan social security, in order to improve the functioning of the labor market both female and male. For the creation of the model it is used the previous year values related to the employed, unemployed and inactive population (out of the labor force).
