Resumen
According to the guidelines provided in the UNESCO program 'Learning for All,' the stakeholders (governments, institutions, teachers, instructional designers and quality assurance/qualification recognition bodies) are responsible on the development of contribution to guarantee the quality access learning for persons with disabilities or special needs. For this reason, in this paper, we present a proposal for an ontological network to model the knowledge of accessibility guidelines related to Learning Objects (LO). Our approach relies on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0), the Schema accessibility metadata, and a novel proposal to include the preference according to disability characteristics.
