Participación y Gestión Pública: Un Enfoque Reflexivo Desde el Contexto Local Venezolano

The main objective is to reflect on the participation in the local Venezuelan public management, being supported in the perspective of researchers and mayors regarding the responsibilities and commitments of the exposed dimensions; It assumes the perspective of the qualitative method, allowing as part of the results to provide a relevance of findings in relation to what represents the locality today and its level of influence, and its derived limitations due to the political reality; The epistemic identity is made present through the epistemological reflection of the researcher, assuming the hermeneutic process as a complementary instrument of the generating space of understanding and interpretation of the discourse exposed in the micro-sociological interaction of the selected place; Revealing significant results and limitations in the interaction between public participation and management, with emphasis on innovation and commitment.
