Abstract
Project management has a wide range of activities. Within the framework of the optional subject of the Degree in Business Administration at the Alcoy Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), NGDO Management combines reverse teaching with project-based learning. This project aimed to promote case studies that could serve as background to understand the management of Non-Governmental Organizations for Development. The experience had the participation of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, Sede Esmeraldas (PUCESE), where 4 degrees are involved in addressing problems identified in the province's social, economic, and political context Esmeraldas in Ecuador. ICTs have been fundamental tools for the excellent development of this project. Both synchronous sessions and asynchronous activities were worked on. The experience required 4 months of planning and 6 months of execution. The high degree of follow-up and commitment of the participants and the results obtained validate this project as a motivating learning strategy.
