Abstract
The objective of this study is to determine the Influence of Science and Technology on Corporate Social Responsibility, focused on the Human Talent of Ecuadorian companies. The methodology of applied research is based on the descriptive-explanatory method with a qualitative approach, where the analysis-synthesis method is used throughout the study. The work demonstrates the degree of influence exerted by scientific and technical research on the social responsibility that companies must assume with the participation of their human talent. In turn, the study proposes as a result a model for measuring the impact of Human Talent on Corporate Social Responsibility, which certifies through the measurement of indicators its responsibility and sustainability as a transforming element of the optimal use of scarce resources and the approach of solutions to the problems of society.
