Legal scholar specialized in equality and non-discrimination, with a focus on the legal experiences of LGBTIQA+ populations in Latin America. His research develops the concept of “subjugated diversity” as a framework to analyze how legal recognition may reproduce structural inequalities. His work engages constitutional law and the Inter-American Human Rights System, combining legal theory with case-based analysis.
