Research Interests

My research focuses on the study of human and artificial cognition, in particular the underlying processes of the interaction of cognitive agents within socio-technical systems and their applications for social, technological and economic development. I use and develop techniques and methodologies based on: physiological data analysis (eyetracker, EEG, EDA), NLP, modeling of complex systems, and algorithms applied to activity analysis. My work and research experience includes: human factors, cognitive and organizational ergonomics, design, usability and user experience, digital humanities and data visualization, health, well-being, motivation and work.
