The "Human Talent, Work, Gender and Business" group is interested in articulating research activities around topics related to the construction of skills and capacities in Ecuadorian society, especially those related to entrepreneurship and the economic activity of individuals and companies, and to the importance of equitable education and training. Within this framework, it also studies the characteristics and conditions in which people access employment and opportunities, with particular emphasis on gender gaps in terms of vulnerability and access to management positions and skills.

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. Our work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
