Characteristics: The current post-pandemic situation evidenced the importance of the role played by the student, the teacher and the family as active agents in the construction of society. Therefore, starting from the integral needs of the educational community and our common home, becomes a vital fact to improve education and thus guarantee a better quality of life. The research group: Pedagogy, curriculum and didactics for a new society, seeks: to diagnose, analyze and propose educational alternatives for the integral well-being of PUCE students. General Objective To propose a subject based on life skills, which contributes to the comprehensive well-being of students who are studying, in 2022, the Education Careers of the National PUCE Specific Objectives Analyze the dimensions of holistic well-being and life skills. Describe the strengths and weaknesses associated with comprehensive well-being in students who are studying the PUCE Education Careers in 2022 To identify whether life skills influence the overall well-being of students who are studying the PUCE Education Careers in 2022 Design a subject based on life skills, which contributes to the comprehensive well-being of students who are studying, in 2022, the Education Careers of PUCE
