Organization profile
The "One Health" research group seeks to carry out multidisciplinary work with researchers specializing in biology, biomedicine, human medicine, public health, veterinary medicine, urban planning and environmental sciences to investigate and determine priority issues in terms of human health, animal health and its interaction with the environment through a holistic and integrated approach. It proposes the protection of human health in the face of environmental changes and seeks to contribute to food security, environmental health and to generate surveillance and rapid response systems to disease outbreaks.
