To conduct scientific research in civil engineering with the aim of promoting innovative and sustainable solutions that foster a more resilient, equitable, and prosperous future for all through the publication of innovative research in high-impact journals (Q1, Q2) with the goal of making the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE) a national center of excellence in this field, fostering cutting-edge research that contributes to the advancement of civil engineering and the construction of a more sustainable and safer environment for Ecuadorian society.
