The group was formed under the need to contribute with research studies in health aspects related to the areas that define the work of medicine in clinical laboratory as a tool for clinical diagnosis and treatments that seeks to improve the quality of life of population and vulnerable groups, thus emphasizing immunohematological issues, biochemical, hematological, and epidemiological profiles related to pre-existing age, ethnicity, and pathology factors.
