GIDHAI is a research group of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador; it arises from the need to propose alternative proposals that improve learning and the quality of life of people through the use of human potential, according to the relevance of the context in the development of the person. Therefore, it is crucial to accompany and train those involved in the care and education of children, adolescents and young people in order to facilitate the research of meaningful, contextualized, experiential, reflective, active and innovative learning, which promote a culture of peace, care for the common home and allow integral human development, personal fulfillment and the improvement of society.

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. Our work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
