Our proposal seeks to develop a line of research applied to health, useful for society, relevant and visible, multidisciplinary in nature with high standards of rigor and scientific quality. Because musculoskeletal pathologies are the most prevalent worldwide and although different treatments have been described for their management, physical activity stands out for its sustained positive effects in the long term. These scientifically valid tools have been shown to have beneficial effects on health, which can be derived from exercise programs that include: aerobic training, resistance, flexibility, strength and neuromuscular coordination. It is precisely in this field of knowledge about the prescription of physical activity that physiotherapy bases its core skills. The research possibilities are quite extensive. They range from providing systematic and tailored exercise programs to health restoration. Investigate cause-and-effect relationships that help identify risk factors for the development of injury prevention manuals. To identify effects on other systems such as cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, endocrine and mental health.
